Children and Youth Ministry
Chevening Church offers a range of different activities for young people in the community. This includes clubs for different age groups, family bbqs and special seasonal activities. Chevening Church is committed to offering Christ-centred
discipleship for our children and young people. Our three-part focus is upward
(biblical learning and application) inward (ministering, looking after and
blessing our church family) and outward looking (missional opportunities within
the outside community and further afield). Please complete the attached Registration Form and bring it to your child's first session at one of our children's activities.
The Creche is available for under 4's from 10.15am to 11.30am every Sunday. It meets at Pipkins Nursery building just opposite the church. Go through the black door and you and your child will be welcomed by the Creche team. All volunteers are subject to a DBS check.
The Creche leader is Rebecca Massam.
Children 5-9 years old meet on the first and third Sundays of the month at the church at 10.30am. During the first hymn, they go into Bertie Bus with the leader. As well as Bible readings and teachings the children participate in fun games and creative play.
The Sunday Club leader is Claire Pankhurst.
This group caters for 10 to 13 year olds and meets in the church on the first and third Sundays at 10.30 and during the first hymn leaves to meet in the Stable Room at Chevening Estate.
The Quest Leader is Alex Robinson.
Kinect caters for teenagers 14-18 and meets at the Rectory after 10.15am on the 1st and 3rd Sundays for a fabulous breakfast and study.

Meets every third Wednesday of the month at the Parish Hall from 9.30am to 11.30am.
Toddlertime leader is Gemma Wilson.
